cool in the kitchen CHINA IN OUR HANDS...

Picturesque Henley On Thames was the setting for the 80s Rewind Festival and our 2nd kitchen build up of the season (the first was Kids Kitchen).

In addition to the Fine Burger Co, Fine Barbecue Co and Fine Chicken Co units busily serving the festival goers on the main drag, we set up our kitchen tent to create a bar/diner experience for the festival crowd, serving Steak Diane, Wild Mushroom Risotto and Roast Chicken for the 80s themed diner, as well as cooking up delicious selection of fine canapes for the VIPs backstage.

On Sunday we added a full Sunday Roast to the menu, to line the tummies of the hard-partying nostalga-loving hordes.

Carol Decker may have been singing about china in her hands on the main stage, but the flatware was flying out of our kitchen build up!
