MD Robert Tame and Director of Operations Austin Latimer have more than 20 years experience in event management and high volume catering between them.
They have managed food catering operations at every major music festival and many major sporting events in the UK, including Lords, The Oval, Royal Ascot, Twickenham, Glastonbury, V Festival, Reading, Latitude, Isle of Wight, Hyde Park and many more. They are also responsible for Fine Burger Co restaurants and kiosks at St Pancras International, Waterloo and Excel London.

On site support
Robert and Austin will personally oversee your event and be on hand throughout the build up, execution and break down of the event.
Every unit also has a fully trained manager and a team of grill chefs, prep and service operators. We create comprehensive audit trails for stock, staff and accounting information, which is recorded and relayed to head office via mobile broadband technology.
One size doesn't fit all: we know that every event is unique, and always come with specialized audiences, who have very clear expectations. For these reasons we carefully consider the requirements of both the event organizer and the consumer when planning the lay-out, type and frequency of catering operations.

Personal service
We also work hard to create pro-active marketing & promotion opportunities both before and during the event to help maximize food sales and event awareness.
These can include prominent on site signage, flyers, mobile and online promotion via website, emailing lists & WAP.
The Fine Food Company is a fully accredited member of the Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS) www.ncass.org.uk
