Fully traceable meats
All our meats are fully traceable and supplied by Direct Meats, who source the majority of their produce from small local farms in East Anglia. Direct Meats count Gordon Ramsey, John Torode and Sir Terrance Conran amongst their list of customers. www.directmeats.co.uk
Where possible we use local suppliers for fruit and vegetables and dairy products. Our ciabbatta buns are baked fresh every day by established London bakers, Maison Du Pain www.maisondupain.com
Healthier chips
Our fries are Farm Frites “Natures Goodness”, which are healthier as they absorb less oil and taste better. We cook them in 100% Rapeseed oil which has lower levels of cholesterol. www.farmfrites.com
The freshest and most seasonal produce
All salad is freshly cut every day, supplied by I.A. Harris & Son, a family run business, spanning three generations, based in the heart of New Covent Garden Market, Harris & Son supply only the freshest and most seasonal produce available. At many events outside of London we buy locally to obtain fresher salad items and cut our food miles
Relish to be relished
We use a tomato relish made to our specification on every burger, and apart from Heinz tomato ketchup and Colman's English Mustard all other sauces are specially made for us by www.ramonaskitchen.com

The Fine Food Company is committed to maintaining high standards of environmental performance and fully adheres to the Government’s environmental legislation.
We buy our produce from reputable suppliers who in turn maintain sustainable and environmentally supportive farming methods. We seek to minimise food miles by buying locally and British (unless we absolutely have no other choice). We have an ongoing commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and regularly review the environmental impact of all out operations.
It is our policy to conduct all operations in a responsible manner in order to reduce recognised hazards, respect the environment and protect the health and safety of our employees and customers. We strive for and achieve high standards, using our own in-house management systems as well as external consultancy to ensure best practice and consistent methods of operation. We recognise that our operations have an impact on the environment in a number of ways and we are committed to minimising the potentially harmful effects of such activity wherever possible.
